Originally from New Hampshire, Arizona became my home more than 27 years ago when I transferred to Arizona State University to complete my degree in Journalism and Public Relations. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to work for a highly successful media corporation and local ABC affiliate after graduation, honing my public relations skills as well as building ties with the local community. Prior to my real estate career and even now, I have utilitzed those skills in helping to boost the exposure of several small businesses, non-profit organizations and local events. In 2009 I ventured into real estate, honing the craft during some of the most challenging years in the housing industry. Through that I learned to strive for excellence, delivering high-quality service to all of my clients. I make it my personal goal to bring the best out of each and every transaction, keep the process as seamless as possible for the client, and help command the highest returns for sellers. Every client receives the same exceptional service, expert market consultations, home staging assistance, premium marketing and skilled negotiations as we mutually strive for success. As a result, I have achieved multiple accolades and awards for my customer service efforts, as well as achieving Top Producer Award/Multi-Million Dollar Producer Award for the past several years from my local association. As a member of the Merritt Group Fine Properties team and a Southeast Valley Specialist, I merge sound instinct with extensive, in-depth market knowledge and analytical tools that have proven to be a powerful asset to the team as a whole by helping to bring the desired results for every client. I absolutely love the East Valley lifestyle and whether it is to help sellers market their properties or buyers to find a place to call “home,” I find great satisfaction in pointing out the unique flavor and topography of East Valley communities, recreational activities such as golf, fitness and hiking, the educational opportunities and easy access for travel, work and entertainment. My husband Mark (a local dentist of 26+ years) and I enjoy anything outdoors – hiking, camping, skiing, kayaking, as well as fine arts, music, cooking and fitness. I volunteer with our local church congregation as an advisor for the pre-teen young women’s program, and over the last several years have given time, talent and resources to organizations such as Desert Club, Red Mountain Football Association, Feed My Starving Children and most recently, Operation Underground Railroad.

Since 2005 Jennifer Sturgeon (formerly Parks) has called the Valley and its beautiful scenery home. As a former Emmy Award Winning Television News Reporter for CBS5 and ABC15, and currently as the Top Publicist for one the state’s most prominent PR Firms, Rose+Moser+Allyn Public and Online Relations, Jennifer has grown a network of influential media contacts, friends and clients. A licensed REALTOR since 2015 and member of the National Association of REALTORS, Arizona Association of REALTORS and the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS, Jennifer works tirelessly for clients on both the buying and selling side. Her public relations background in luxury real estate, coupled with out-of-the-box creative marketing techniques and relentless work on behalf of clients has been a seamless transition in helping clients achieve maximum exposure for their properties. A resident of the Mesa foothills, Jennifer covers a tremendous amount of terrain everyday servicing clients from the far Southeast Valley to North Scottsdale and beyond. When she’s not personally showcasing properties on television or in-person, Jennifer is also proud to lead the Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty public relations team in promoting all the brokerage’s fine properties and family of agents and owners.
